4 week intermediate plan

Easy to follow 4 week workout plan designed for people with a solid base level of fitness. This plan will give you an extra little push in your workouts.

5 sessions per week, building in intensity each week 💪🏻

All you need if a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat.

This plan aims to build strength in the whole body and will boost your overall fitness levels!

A few sample exercises include: squats, lunges, bicep curls, press ups, burpees, planks, wall sits, star jumps and much more!

If you are new to exercise, I would reccomend completing my 4 week beginner plan first.
