The purpose of this programme is to improve your aerobic capacity and endurance. Imagine being able to workout without getting completely breathless after 5minutes.
Each session is carefully created to enhance your stamina and confidence.
You will be doing 2 “engine building”sessions per week, which can be combined with general strength training to get the best results.
A gym membership is ideal for this plan. You will need access to a rowing machine, assault bike or ski erg and either a treadmill or an outside space to run.
Suitable for all abilities as you will be able to lower the intensity of the workouts if needed.
The plan also includes nutritional advice and injury preventive measures.
